I know, I know!!!I am trying to do the blog post on the day, but it isn't that easy!!!
Right, so we got the tube. NO!!! WE DIDN'T!!! It was too busy, so we caught a cable car (you back in ol' NZ call it a gondola) to the other side of the Thames. The cable car was cool, shaky and reasonably cold. We did have a wonderful view, though. We had to get off. Jack forgot his bag, so I bravely JUMPED onto the cable car and got back our bag before it went for a free trip across the river.
We were going to hop on the overground, but our cards were off peak (we couldn't use them before 9:30), so we went for a look at the London Docklands. Then we got on to the train, got onto another train, got onto another train (no kidding) and reached Hyde Park.
We hired some bikes... Have I told you you can hire bikes in London? No? OK, well they are everywhere. You hire one and can put them back in another stop.
Well, we were going to go for a leisurely bike around Hyde Park when we realised we were not allowed. 'No cycling' was written everywhere. So we went the long way.
We saw the horse men guard people changing. It was like changing of the guards for the Horse Men.
We put the bikes back, and, stepping over horse poo we found a  niceish place to watch Changing of the Guards. It was really slow, and they stood there, marched, stood there, marched, stood there, marched, and marched some more. Then, these guns started going off, and there were WAY more than 21, so it wasn't a 21 gun solute. If you have any idea what it might have been, tell me.
We saw Nelson's Column, and the lions, so we got to climb all over the lions. Sadly, they didn't come to life, which totally ruined the image.
We had lunch in St James Park (not important) then.. wait for it... WE WENT TO PLATFORM 9 3/4!!!!! AND I GOT MY PICTURE TAKEN RUNNING INTO THE WALL!!!! Don't worry, I was holding a cut in half trolley, so I didn't hurt myself.  In fact, I have a picture!!!!
Then... This is even better (I know, I know, you are all thinking 'How can anything be better than that?' but it is) WE WENT TO THE BRITISH LIBRARY!!!!! ERMIGOD!!!! We saw the Magna Carta! To tell the truth, it wasn't that cool, but, oh well.
Then Dad and I went to a Propaganda exhibition. It was way more interesting than it sounds!!! It was funny, freakish and just plain weird.
After all that, I was far too tired to blog. Good excuse? I should think so.
I dedicate these pictures to Turtleton:

Kaç çekim mi? Seksen? Ben Kraliçe'nin doğum günü ile ilgili bir şey vardı düşünüyordum ...
The nine and three quarters picture looks awesome! Also how big was the British Library? Really big? And also, back on the pink elephant topic, was the elephant a table? Oh, and BTW in most of the pictures you are blinking. ;) Today i was making slime for my schools open day!

A propaganda exhibition is how people persuade other people, like the general public, to do what they want you to do. Yes, the elephant was on a table... I know!!! I just love blinking!!! Why slime??? Do you want to take over the world with it???
      (Not really)
