My sincerest apologies for not blogging yesterday. (Any complaints must be written in English (or Welsh)). I fell asleep straight after dinner. :) OK, right, so we got up at 4:30 (jet lag). We went to a place called... no wait, first we walked along the Thames, which is really, REALLY dirty. I mean, there are like forty TRILLION soccer balls in there. So, we walked along the river, and then we got to the National Maritime Museum with an AWESOME room with an AWESOME painted room with GREEK GODS on the roof! OK, there was a royal family with Kronos, but it was still AWESOME! The rest was all pretty cool as well. There was Lord Nelson's blood-stained coat, and cool stuff like that.
After that we went onto a double-decker bus, and just stayed on that for ages and got off near Westminster. We walked along some more Thames waterfront, saw the queues for the London Eye and decided we were most definitely NOT going on that. Then we saw a lovely Egyptian needle and Sphinxes with bomb marks on it from WWII. This pretty thing was 'borrowed' from the Egyptians ages ago, and never given back. That is pretty much the same with lots of the ancient monuments in Britain XD.
So, that was my day!
P.S. *Egyptians wander past with Big Ben*
